Delta Cuts More Cinncinnati Flights

Delta Air Lines Inc. announced today it will cut more flights from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport by mid-February 2010.

According to a statement released by Delta, the airline will eliminate two flights each from Cinncinnati to Montreal, and Des Moines, Iowa. It will also cut one flight each to Providence, Rhode Island; and Oklahoma City.

Delta started cutting Cincinnati flights earlier this year, mainly on its international routes.  Direct flights to London and Frankfurt, Germany, were eliminated back in September and Delta announced then it would remove more flights by the end of the year. In addition, Delta plans to announce additional cut flights from Cinncinnati in January and Februrary 2010.
