American offers sale on Hawaii airfares

American Airlines has announced an autumn sale on fares between Hawaii and the continental United States. The sale is valid for travel from now until December 15.

The airline currently flies to four Hawaiian destinations. They are Honolulu, Kahului, Lihue, and Kona.

Some sample round trip airfares include Los Angeles to Honolulu, Maui, or Kahului for $264, New York to Kahului or Maui for $506 and Chicago to Honolulu, or Kahului for $503.

Tickets can be even cheaper if customers book well in advance and travel between Monday and Thursday.

A minimum three-day stay is required, but the discounts are available from every city in the continental US.
