Tell your JetBlue story
JetBlue Airways may soon be in a town near you, looking for your tales of travel with the airline, as part of a new "Sincerely JetBlue" marketing campaign.
The idea is to create a forum where passengers can put forward their experiences and opinions of JetBlue. Some of these will then be used for a new large scale ad campaign across television, radio, web and press.
A custom-built "story booth" is set to travel around the country, starting in New York in April and stopping at eight destinations, allowing JetBlue customers to record their accounts of the airline.
Offering customers their 15 minutes of fame, the airline's marketing partner JWT New York, claims that each story will then appear in the form of either a TV or web advert.
Passengers on JetBlue's airplanes will also be provided with special postcards on which they can jot down their own stories.

Myself and six of my children (including a 12-year-old and two who had never flown) flew Jet Blue to NYC from Austin, Texas and loved the flight, amenities, and service! You couldn't have satisfied us more, unless you could have accommodated the transportation in and around NYC. Ha, ha! We enjoyed our vacation there and will always remember you when scheduling other trips.

Dear JetBue,
I have not heard from home since I finally was able to return to my home in NYC. I really hoped you would have contacted me to apologize for everything that has happened this week.
Due to your decision to push my flight all day, I was forced to stay at the airport for several days hoping that my plane would show up. You provided us with no information, and I was also forced to miss work, and to make last-minute hotel arrangements - with no help from your staff!
I don't understand why you refused to let us know if and when a plane was on its way to Buffalo. This might have prevented us from sitting at the airport all day long! I guess this might have inconvenienced you, and I am now certain that JetBlue would rather inconvenience their customers than themselves! Especially after finding out that you chose to turn off your phones instead of helping your customers!!!
Very poor service, with no apologies! Thanks for nothing!!
