New England weather waiver
Plan to fly on Northwest Airlines to or from Boston (BOS) or Manchester, New Hampshire (MHT)? If you’ve been following the weather, you know things have been wretched Up East.
To that end, Northwest Airlines has issued a weather waiver today, May 16, for passengers with confirmed tickets to or from BOS or MHT. Reschedule your flight on or before May 24 and there’s no penalty.
A check Tuesday morning May 16 found that Delta Air Lines the nation’s third largest carrier, which has a major presence in Boston, had not yet issued weather waivers for its flyers.
