California

  • Cut at-park dining costs with Universal Studios Hollywood’s All You Can Eat pass. Priced at $19.95 for adults and $9.95 for children, the pass allows you to eat in, as many times as you like, at participating on-site restaurants. The fine print: The pass is only valid on your first visit to Universal Studios Hollywood, which must be on or before December 31, 2006.
  • Save over 30 per cent on one- and multi-day admission to five top attractions (Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld San Diego, the San Diego Zoo and its Wild Animal Park) with the Southern California CityPass .
  • Skip long ticket booth lines and save money. Print out Universal Studios Hollywood tickets before your visit. You’ll net savings on general admission, front-of-line and premium annual passes. Plus, you’ll also get coupons for over $100 off food, drinks and more.
  • Get a free ride. Getting back and forth between two popular California attractions—Disneyland in Anaheim and Universal City where Universal Studios Hollywood is located—is free beginning July 1. That’s when Universal Studios Hollywood launches its free daily shuttle service.

    The round-trip bus service offers twice-daily departures from Anaheim hotels and includes a live narrated scenic tour courtesy of the driver guide. Service details are expected to be posted by June 1; 800-Universal for more information.

    The fine print: The free shuttle service is available only to those who have purchased a full-price admission ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood.

(The monorail links eight major Las Vegas resorts, from the Sahara to the MGM Grand hotel-casinos on opposite ends of the Strip, and includes stops at the Las Vegas Hilton, Las Vegas Convention Center, Harrah's/Imperial Palace, the Flamingo/Caesars Palace and Paris/Bally's.)
