Continental is iTuned in – five downloads for round-trip

Want to perk up your iPod? Continental Airlines has a deal for you. Purchase a round-trip ticket at www.continental.com by July 31 and you’ll get an e-mail containing a redemption code good for five iTunes© song downloads.

The codes will be distributed within 48 hours after buying non-refundable tickets, and within 24 hours after completion of the first segment of the purchased flight on refundable tickets provided your travel begins on or before August 31.

More provisos: eligible tickets are required, and you’ve got to be a resident of one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. Other conditions apply as well, and Apple is neither a participant nor a sponsor of this promotion.

So much for the fine print. If you’re going to fly anyway, this isn’t a bad way to sweeten your music collection in the process.
