Here’s a deal – free tickets on AirTran
Free is hard to beat – especially when it comes to airline tickets. We’re not talking about “free” frequent-flier tickets here, the kind you’ve got to travel to acquire. We’re talking about free tickets. Period.
That’s what discount airline AirTran is giving away on Tuesday, July 4, at Lenox Square in Atlanta. It is there that Atlantans will see what’s billed as “the largest fireworks show in the Southeast”. Part of the festivities include WSB-TV’s Salute 2 American Parade, in which AirTran has a float entitled “Go. There’s Nothing Stopping You”.
Certainly, if you win one of the free tickets, that will be the case. The discount airline is giving away round-trip tickets to every destination it serves within the United States.
Overall, AirTran serves fields 700 daily flights to 50 destinations, and does so with a new Boeing 717 and 737-700 fleet. The carrier sports an affordable business-class section, and XM Satellite radio on every flight.
