It has been a very, very long time since we’ve seen an airline seat sell for $29. That’s the price of passage aboard discount airline Southwest from Islip Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) to Baltimore/Washington (BWI).

As with all the discount airfares we’re about to quote, ISP to BWI is a one-way rate, and is not pegged to a round-trip purchase. You do, however, have to buy 14 days in advance. Taxes and fees aren’t included in these rates, and seats are subject to availability.

While the discount airline is selling Islip to Baltimore/Washington for a mere $29, it is offering a slew of longer-range routes for fares ranging from $39 to $159.
