More routes, more sales, more Spirit

Expansive Spirit Airlines is rolling out deep discount airfares on some select new routings. The discount airline is determined to give people a reason to travel despite the new security restrictions, and these discount airfares can’t hurt.

All of these quoted one-way fares are predicated on a round-trip purchase and all must be booked at www.spiritair.com by 11:59pm (Eastern Time) on August 31. Taxes and fees aren’t included. Here are the deals, and the dates they’re available:

- Atlanta to Tampa (TPA) $89 Tues and Wed, starting 12/19/06

- Atlanta to Las Vegas (LAS) $99 Tues and Wed, starting 11/21/06
