Make plans - Midwest's great group savings
There's power in numbers, especially when it comes to travel. If you live in or around Kansas City (MCI), get a bunch of friends or family members together and cash in on some demonstrably deep discount airfares - airfares starting as low as $100 round-trip on classy Midwest Airlines.
Here's the deal: gather a group of eight or more, but no more than 20. Book soon, and pack your bags. You'll be able to travel through December 19 on these fares. You can't fly on Sunday, and you'll have to ticket within seven days of booking. Neither taxes nor fees are included in these deals. A couple of more important provisos: these discount airfares do not apply to groups that have been previously booked, nor will Midwest Airlines be serving up refunds or adjustments.
Still, consider the savings and the season. Would you guys rather spend the winter on the plains of Missouri or hanging out in warm, sunny San Antonio (SAT), or the beaches near Tampa (TPA)? The group round-trip discount airfare from Kansas City to San Antonio is $170 and $138 to Tampa.
Got somebody you want to visit in Pittsburgh (PIT)? So, okay, the weather there probably won't match that of San Antonio or Tampa, but the price is right to PIT: $100. Round-trip. A Steelers' game perhaps?
