North American to fly Boston to Aruba route
North American Airlines has announced that it will fly a new route between New England and the islands of the Lesser Antilles.
The carrier will provide the service on behalf of GWV Vacations through the end of this year, operating one flight per week between Boston, Massachusetts, and Aruba.
North American offers charter and scheduled passenger services with a fleet of nine aircraft. The company was founded in 1989 and has been serving the needs of GWV Vacations since 1992.
"This long-term business relationship demonstrates the high-quality service and flexibility that North American's charter customers appreciate," said Rob Binns, Chief Marketing Officer for North American's parent company World Air Holdings.
"We also look forward to the opportunity to provide air transportation for GWV customers into the spring of 2007," he added.
North American specializes in direct passenger flights between its main U.S. hubs in New York (JFK) and Washington, D.C. (Baltimore/Washington International) to destinations in Africa, including Lagos in Nigeria, Accra in Ghana, and Banjul in the Gambia.
