British Airways revamps First Class
First-Class facilities aboard America's favorite business airline will be revamped next month, with therapeutic remedies, new slippers, and redesigned washbags for passengers.
Overnight journeys with British Airways already feature a turndown service introduced late last year, with fresh pillows, mattresses, and duvets dressed in Egyptian cotton rolled out on request. And to help restless fliers sleep, an aromatic therapy spray can be placed on their pillows.
New navy blue slippers with camel trim and "sleeper suits" made with high-quality cotton now complement a brown velvet washbag brimming with Kiehl's toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, moisturizer, lip balm, and eye cream.
British Airways socks and eyeshades are also included.
Onboard cuisine has not been neglected in the revamp, with a broader choice of canapes, and a series of so-called lighter options for late-night connections, such as roasted game hen from Cornwall, or a fresh lobster thermidor.
In a partnership with the Loch Fyne restaurant chain, the British flag carrier will also serve up fish caught that day on flights departing London Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Finally, fliers can enjoy a taste of Britain with the new English Afternoon Tea service, including traditional brews and scones - with clotted cream and strawberry jelly if you wish - as well as assorted sandwiches and fine pastries.

I would not call this a revamp... BA turndown service is catching up with other airlines.
The afternoon tea and sandwiches is actually a downgrade of service. The food is exactly the same as in Club World.
The seats are more than ten years old, and there are no plans to upgrade them (like Air France recently did). The BA First Class is a very "low-cost" product.
