New Midwest magazine set for March debut

MyMidwest, a new onboard magazine, will appear on every Midwest Airlines flight from March 1.

The Milwaukee-based carrier has opted to refresh its onboard reading material, with a redesigned publication complete with expanded features, destination guides, and service updates.

"Our new magazine reflects our continuing efforts to make our customers' top-rated onboard experience even better," said Scott Dickson, Senior Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer at Midwest.

The name of the new publication, produced by Ink Publishing, is designed to reflect the growing community spirit among loyal Midwest fliers, he added.

"Passengers will enjoy a larger magazine filled with engaging feature articles, useful guides to our destinations and expanded onboard service information, packaged in a fresh, new design," Dickson continued.

MyMidwest will complement the new SkyMail catalog, which is already available on the carrier's flights. Other in-flight enhancements include a credit-card processing system, which will be fully operational next month.

The 23-year-old airline is due to inaugurate a dozen new routes in 2007, adding six new destinations to its network.

I read an interesting article in your flight magazine that talked about work productivity and referencing avoiding email during the first two hours of a work day. How can I get a copy of this article?
