American offers cheaper fares to European cities

American Airlines has made travel to Europe even easier this summer by lowering fares to some of the continent's greatest cities.

Passengers who book by May 23 can fly from selected US airports to Paris, London, Zurich, Brussels, and Frankfurt at special summer prices that could save them up to ten percent.

Example fares include: Boston to London Heathrow at $323; Chicago O'Hare to Frankfurt at $515; Dallas/Fort Worth to Zurich at $601; New York John F Kennedy to Brussels at $426; and Boston to Paris Charles de Gaulle at $556.

All fares quoted are one-way, based on a round-trip purchase, and exclude taxes and fees. Outbound travel is valid from May 25 to September 9 and return travel should be completed by October 9.

Full details of connections and fares for American's European getaways can be found at the airline's Web site.
