Sweepstakes booking bonus for AA fliers

American Airlines is offering fliers the chance to win access to a star-studded movie premiere in Hollywood, as well as a slice of $10,000 in gift vouchers, just by using its Web site.

The largest airline in the States has lined up tickets for two to tread the red carpet at a 20th Century Fox premiere. In sweepstakes every day through July 20, the carrier will also hand out $500 in gift vouchers to lucky customers.

No purchase is necessary to be in with a chance of winning, and everyone has two opportunities. To enter, simply sign up to the promotion online or forward details of the deal to a friend. Both will entitle you to a stab at the prize.

The promotion highlights American Airlines' new booking tool, which allows customers to list flights simultaneously by both price and schedule.

"Our booking tool allows travelers to sort results by expanded criteria such as price, number of stops, and even departure and arrival times," explained Rob Friedman, Managing Director of Interactive Marketing at American Airlines.

"The Double Feature sweepstakes is a fun way to remind customers that with our new booking tool on AA.com, they can more conveniently search for flights and select options that best match their individual priorities."

A total of $5,000 in American Airlines gift cards, and MasterCard gift cards worth $5,000 will be issued in the month-long promotion.
