Sun Country Airlines is a hit with customers
Sun Country Airlines has been voted the No. 1 airline for customer satisfaction in the Market Metrix Hospitality Index, based on interviews with 35,000 customers over the past three months.
Employee performance and customer-service commitments are considered in the index, which also takes into account individual feedback from passengers.

The St. Paul, Minnesota-based discount airline operates scheduled and charter flights to vacation destinations in the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean.
