Air Wisconsin to expand customer services

Air Wisconsin has extended an agreement with United Airlines to increase the carrier's presence at Washington Dulles International.

On April 1, Air Wisconsin started providing additional baggage handling services for United Airlines flights at the airport. Air Wisconsin staff have also been present at check-in stations and gate operations.

Vince Portaro, Vice-President Customer Service at Air Wisconsin, added: "Air Wisconsin customer service professionals consistently exhibit their commitment to exceptional service - for every passenger, on every flight, every day.

"It is this dedication that has enabled us to expand our partnership with United and grow our ground handling business."

The carrier will also support United Airlines at Myrtle Beach, Birmingham, Norfolk and Saginaw.
