JetBlue teams up with LA Dodgers

JetBlue has been named the official airline of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

According to Sports Business Daily, the new two-year sponsorship deal will see a series of promotions for fans and passengers.

Customers heading to selected home games at the Dodgers Stadium will be able to qualify for discounted airfares with JetBlue, with other flight competitions planned.

A dodgers-themed aircraft is reportedly in the pipeline and the airline will display its logo at the stadium.

This year the LA Dodgers are celebrating 50 years of baseball, and to celebrate members of the JetBlue TrueBlue program can benefit from discount tickets for select games.

Members will need to book tickets online and use the promotional code "trueblue" to receive the 50 percent discount.

JetBlue already supports NBA side the LA Clippers and the Buffalo Bills football team.
