Delta

North to Alaska - Delta’s destinations

Summertime is near, and that means flyers will be flocking to the Far North, to Alaska. To accommodate the surge of sojourners, Delta Air Lines is offering nonstop service to the 49th state from three of its major hubs, as well as from Los Angeles.

Here’s the summertime schedule:

- Delta begins seasonal daily nonstop service between Atlanta (ATL) and Anchorage (ANC) on May 17;

- The carrier launches daily seasonal Cincinnati (CVG) to Anchorage flights on May 17;

- Delta lays on daily nonstops from Salt Lake City (SLC) to Fairbanks (FAI) on May 31;

- The airline starts seasonal nonstop service from Los Angeles to Anchorage on June 13, this with a trio of weekly nonstops.

In another seat-boosting move, the summer schedule calls for Delta to offer a second daily Salt Lake City–Anchorage nonstop.

These routes will be flown with a combination of aircraft, depending on the city pair. Delta is deploying 160-passenger 737s, 183-passenger 757s, and 285-passenger 767s north to Alaska.
