Southwest adds six nonstop Denver services

Southwest Airlines will add six nonstop flights to two new destinations as part of its expansion plans at Denver International Airport.

The carrier will launch three daily round-trips between Denver and San Francisco, and Denver and Omaha in September.

Customers can book tickets now, with special fares announced to mark the new routes.

One-way advance purchases between Denver and Omaha are available at $59 (excluding taxes), with San Francisco tickets starting at $79. Purchases must be made 14 days prior to travel and are valid for journeys from September 2 through October 30.

Gary Kelly, Chief Executive of Southwest Airlines, said: "We will continue to grow in Denver as it is a major focal point for us, and the market is responding exceptionally well to our service."
