JetBlue adds flights from Richmond to Orlando

JetBlue has announced a new daily nonstop service between Richmond International Airport and Orlando, beginning November 2.

Fares for travel between two cities, inclusive of unlimited free snacks, start at $89 (without taxes and surcharges) each way for travel through December 15.

Travel must take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday.

Flights depart Richmond at 11:55am to arrive in Orlando at 1:50pm, and the return flight leaves Orlando at 9:30am to arrive in Richmond at 11:20am. All times are local.

Scott Laurence, JetBlue's Director of Route Planning, said: "Residents of the Commonwealth, both here in the Capital Region and in northern Virginia - where we serve Dulles International Airport - have embraced and supported JetBlue's distinctive brand of service ever since we first touched down in the region.

"Our loyal customers have asked for nonstop service to more destinations, and we are pleased to offer it as our airline continues to prudently deploy aircraft into promising new markets.''
