Discount Airfare: American Airlines' Sun and Fun Deals
Despite, or perhaps, because of the weather that can beset the tropics this time of year, now’s prime time for deep discount airfares to the Caribbean and Mexico. They aren’t going to get any better than this. If you’re willing to keep a close weather eye out for tropical storms and hurricanes, you can save a bundle enough to perhaps extend your trip by a day or two. American Airlines is offering discount airfares to select sun and fun destinations for as little as $95, each-way, just now.
All the discount airfares quoted below are each-way, and pegged to a round-trip purchase. Neither taxes nor fees are included. Those are important considerations to remember when planning your trip. Purchase tickets no later than September 12. Then, fly September 2 through December 8; return by December 10.
