JetBlue Postpones Opening of New JFK Terminal

JetBlue Airways has postponed the opening of its new terminal at John F Kennedy International Aiport (JFK) in New York by three weeks.

The new terminal, which was scheduled to open on October 1, will now open on October 22.

Alison Eshelman, JetBlue spokeswoman, said the operational opening was delayed to give its marketplace vendors more time to complete necessary work.

The carrier currently operates out of Terminal 6 at JFK.
