New Menu on American Airlines’ Flights to Caribbean
Travelers flying back to the U.S. from Caribbean destinations onboard American Airlines services now have new menu options in First and Business Class.
The updated menu incorporates many local Caribbean flavors, put together by Chef Cindy Hutson of Ortanique on the Mile, a Caribbean restaurant in Coral Gables, Florida.
Dishes will be rotated on a monthly basis, and include East Indian Chicken, Stir Fried Chicken, Jerk Pork Tenderloin and Curry Chicken.
Other options are Guava Barbecue Salmon and East Indian Pork.
