Qantas Expands Codeshare with Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air

Qantas (Web site: www.qantas.com.au) has announced that it is to expand its codeshare program with Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.

In a statement, the Australian carrier said it will partner with Alaska Airlines on services between Honolulu and Seattle, and between Honolulu and Anchorage.

With Horizon Air, Qantas will partner on services between Los Angeles and Flagstaff, Boise and Reno.

Rob Gurney, Qantas Group GM Sales and Distribution, said: "The extension of our codeshare partnerships with Alaska Airlines [and] Horizon Air … will provide our customers with new itinerary choices and seamless travel."

Qantas currently operates 47 return services a week between Australia and the U.S.
