Alaska Airlines starts Seattle to Minneapolis flights
Alaska Airlines has launched a new service between Seattle and Minneapolis/St Paul.
The inaugural flight left Seattle on Sunday morning, with flights scheduled to run twice daily.
To celebrate the new service, Alaska is offering one-way fares of $130 (excluding taxes and fees) for travel through February 12.
Passengers can also register online at www.alaskaair.com to earn double Mileage Plan points for flights taken before December 31.
Flights are due to depart Seattle at 7:30am and 12:35pm (Pacific Time) to arrive in MSP at 12:45pm and 5:50pm (Central Time) each day.
Return services leave MSP at 1:45pm and 6:50pm (Central Time) to land back in Seattle at 2:30pm and 8:25pm (Pacific Time).
