British Airways Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Chicago
A British Airways (BA) flight from the U.K. to the U.S. had to make an emergency landing after staff detected a burning smell.
The flight, which was headed from London to Houston, was forced to land at Chicago O'Hare International Airport yesterday (Sunday, October 5) at 1:20pm local time.
BA said none of its 90 passengers or 15 crew had been injured in the emergency landing.
Passengers were evacuated from the aircraft and taken to the terminal from where they took domestic flights to continue their journey to Houston.
