Act exceedingly fast and take advantage of discount airline AirTran's low fall airfares. Book and buy by Friday, October 17, and land one-way discount airfares as low as $49, exclusive of taxes and fees.

These are off-peak discount airfares. That means flying Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. The travel window is relatively wide: fly through December 17 except for some blackout dates clustered around Thanksgiving.
