As the economy dives, there's a good chance that demand for this kind of passage could increase. We're talking about up-scale economy seats, in this instance Virgin Atlantic's Premium Economy. It's not Upper Class (Virgin's Business Class) but it does offer great value. Virgin Atlantic is offering each-way Premium Economy passage between the United States and London for as low as $517, exclusive of taxes and fees.
