Air France Re-builds Schedule in Wake of Strike

After a deep, disruptive strike on the part of French pilots, Air France says it intends to fly 76 percent of its long-haul flights today (Monday, November 17) and 100 percent of its long-haul operations out of Paris Charles De Gaulle (CDG) tomorrow (Tuesday, November 18).

If you’re looking to connect today via CDG, know that the carrier says it intends to operate some 50 percent of its short- and medium-haul schedule, and 90 percent of its partner flights.

Tomorrow, AF contends 95 percent of short- and medium-haul flights will operate, and that “all passengers will be able to travel.”

For real-time info as to how all of this is actually taking shape, visit Air France’s Web site (www.airfrance.com), or try FlightStats (www.flightstats.com) for the status of your scheduled departure.
