AirTran Airways Starts Harrisburg-Orlando Flights

AirTran Airways has launched flights from Harrisburg to Orlando.

The new service began yesterday (Thursday, November 20) and was launched with a celebratory event at Harrisburg International Airport, attended by former Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Jack Ham and Eric Madden, Deputy Secretary of Transportation for Pennsylvania.

Daily flights will depart Harrisburg at 12:22pm and arrive in Orlando at 2:55pm. On the return journey, services will take off from Orlando at 9:20am and arrive at Harrisburg at 11:46am. All times are local.
