Discount Airfare: WestJet Sale on Quebec-Toronto Flights

WestJet (Web site: www.westjet.com) has announced that it is offering discount tickets for Quebec to Toronto flights starting at $79 each way.

Flights from Quebec to Florida start at $129 each way and services to the Caribbean begin at $159 for one-way travel.

Bob Cummings, the airline's Executive Vice-President of Guest Experience and Marketing, said: "These ultra-low fares are aimed at creating awareness and [are a] trial for WestJet's twice daily service between Quebec City and Toronto.

"Many Quebecers may not be familiar with WestJet's 737 Next-Generation aircraft equipped with live seatback televisions and renowned friendly service.

"This is also a great opportunity to take a break from winter and visit one of the many hot spots WestJet offers service to."

Tickets must be booked by November 26 and travel must take place before February 28, 2009.
