Discount Airfare: Delta Air Lines' Ski Deals to Cranbrook

It’s ski season, time to wax them up, pack the extra lip balm, and be on your way to the slopes. Some of the best slopes in North America are in and around Cranbrook, British Columbia (YXC) and Delta Air Lines can get you there for as little as $139 one-way. That discount airfare is exclusive of taxes and fees.

Service begins to Cranbrook on December 17. To get in on the discount airfares, you’ll have to book and buy no later than December 31, and complete your trip by April 5, 2009. These deals are good for off-peak travel: Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

You’ll have to make a 21-day advance purchase. To make sure you get the lowest discount airfare, make that purchase at Delta's Web site (www.delta.com). Blackout dates are centered around Christmas as you might expect. No fly, at least at these rates, December 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2008.
