Folks, would it be possible to start quoting prices inclusive of taxes and fees? These numbers seem to be different on different airlines, so it is impossible for the regular reader to know what the actual fare is going to be. The quoted $418 round trip is actually closer to $700 in this case, which is nothing like as impressive as the headline rate seems to be.

Thanks for your comment. We make sure to let travelers know that fares are either inclusive or exclusive of fees/taxes in the posts.

Aye, I know that; I guess what I was trying to say is that it would make this site considerably better if all were done with taxes/charges, so that the price read here it the price one actually gets to pay, rather than an arbitrary number that often is significantly different to what is advertised. Thanks for the site, BTW, I like it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Understand that taxes/fees vary from destination to destination, so it might be a little complicated to create a comprehensive list, but we'll see how we can work this in to future posts on discount airfares.
