Discount Airfare: Southwest Airlines' Flights From Denver The discount offers start at $49 for travel from Denver to Albuquerque, $69 for travel to Las Vegas and $79 for flights to Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Oakland.

Discount Airfare: South African Airways Flights from NY, DC South African Airways has announced that it is offering discount fares for passengers traveling to Johannesburg from New York or Washington D.C. Ticket prices start at $999 for round-trip travel inclusive of all taxes and surcharges.

Discount Airfare: United Airlines' International Savings United Airlines is offering discounts on international flights, starting as low as $227 each way. Book and buy no later than November 11.

New Service

Delta Air Lines Starts Nonstop Atlanta-Mumbai Flights Delta Air Lines has launched direct daily services from Atlanta to the Indian city of Mumbai. The flights connect Delta's main hub with Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.

TAM's New York-Rio de Janeiro Flights Start TAM has started direct flights between New York and Rio de Janeiro. Four flights a week connect the two cities.

Allegiant Air to Start Oakland Flights in February Allegiant Air is to add flights from Oakland to Washington in February 2009.

United Airlines Wins Best Business Class Service Title United Airlines has been awarded the title of Best Domestic Airline for Business Class Service by Executive Travel magazine.

United Airlines' Customer Relations Wins Award United Airlines has been awarded the title of Best Project in Achievement, Marketing or Customer Experience by Six Sigma experts. The award was given to the carrier in recognition of the improvements it has made in dealing with customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
