Save on Business Class Europe Flights from New York

Business travel drops during the holidays, which means leisure travelers have their choice of sale seats. Airlines need to fill the planes and what better way to do that then putting business class seats on sale.

Case-in-point: Lufthansa Airlines. Lufthansa (LH) is offering each-way discount airfares on New York flights to select Europe destinations. The business class seats on New York flights from JFK start as little as $750 – exclusive of taxes and fees.

To save on these seats, book your New York flights no later than Dec. 26, 2008, and fly between Dec. 20 and Jan. 2, 2009.

As you would expect, there are a few restrictions. Travel must take place mid-week, and you must make a seven-day advance purchase. Also, the discount airfares Lufthansa is offering in business class require a round-trip purchase. Here’s a look at the one-way business class discount New York airfares from Lufthansa:

- Brussels (BRU) $847
- Frankfurt (FRA) $750
- London Heathrow (LHR) $833
- Madrid (MAD) $897
- Paris Charles De Gaulle (CDG) $947
- Rome (FCO) $947
