Spirit Airlines Launches Boston Flights to Atlantic City

Spirit Airlines will start daily flights between Boston and Atlantic City, the discount airline announced today. The daily service will start on May 9.

Daily Boston flights will depart at 10:40 a.m. and arrive in Atlantic City at 12:05 p.m. Return flights will depart Atlantic City at 5:20 p.m. to arrive in Boston at 6:45 p.m.

The service has been welcomed by the South Jersey Transport Authority, as it will provide residents with an alternative route to Atlantic City.

Bart R Mueller, Executive Director at the travel organization, said: "Thanks to Spirit Airlines people who travel by air to come to Atlantic City will no longer be forced to fly into Philadelphia or Newark, and the local passengers who enjoy the ease and convenience of the Atlantic City International Airport will now have direct service to Boston and the New England region without the hassle of traveling through the surrounding metro airports."
