Continental celebrates Trinidad and Tobago service
Continental Airlines is celebrating five years of service from the U.S. to Trinidad and Tobago.
The carrier started flights to the Caribbean destination from Newark Liberty International Airport in 2003. Flights from Houston were added the following year.
Rigoberto Alvarenga, Regional Director for Continental Airlines, said: "We are proud to be a part of the air transportation offering from Trinidad.
"This anniversary is a proof of our commitment with the market, in which we are very pleased and will continue to proudly serve."
Continental serves 134 U.S. and 131 international destinations. Around 69 million travelers use the airline every year.
