Discount Airfare: BOGO South Africa Flights

BOGO refers to more than just a seasonal retail shopping.

Thanks to a special promotion from South African Airways, travelers who buy one round-trip ticket from  New York Kennedy (JFK) or Washington, D.C. Dulles (IAD) to Johannesburg (JNB) or Cape Town (CPT) for $1,399 (exclusive of taxes and fees) will get a free companion ticket for the same South Africa flight. The deal also applies to Dakar (DKR).

Book your South Africa travel for anytime between Jan. 23 – March 31, or Oct. 1 – Nov. 30.

A couple of more restrictions: you’ll have to stay over at least five days and your companion has to travel with you – on the same flight, and on the same date. Book and buy no later than Jan. 31.

The BOGO sale is for economy class only, but South African Airways offers on-demand audio/video and an in-flight amenity kit.
