More cheap parking lands in Vegas – lots shift locations

It’s easier than ever to get a cheap parking space at Las Vegas McCarran International (LAS) www.mccarran.com now that the airport has opened a new 5,100-space Economy Parking Lot. The price: $8 per day.

The Economy Lot is located just south of Tropicana Avenue, on the west side of Paradise Road.

Looking for still cheaper parking at McCarran? Consider the airport’s new Remote Lot. It is just that, a bit remote. You’ll find it along Gilespie Street, between Warm Springs Road and the Las Vegas Beltway – but the price is right: $5 per day.

Shuttles run between the airport terminals and both these lots, but you’ll want to add another 30 minutes or so to your trip planning if you park in the Economy or Remote Lots.

In a real rush? The Long Term Garage sells parking spots for $14 per day, and Las Vegas’ Valet parking runs $21.
