Northwest Suspends Hartford – Amsterdam Flights

Northwest Airlines’ off-again, on-again non-stop Hartford (BDL) – Amsterdam flights is off again. Service was set to resume June 3.

In a prepared release from Hartford’s Bradley International Airport, Delta Air Lines, which is in the process of assimilating Northwest, says “the flight is not economically viable at this time.”

The carrier hopes to bring it back “when [the] travel industry rebounds.”
