Airline Service Hits Four-year High, Study Shows
Before you book your next flight, consider the airline's reputation.
Low-cost airlines took top nods in this year's Airline Quality Rating (AQR) study, which was just released this morning.
The Associated Press reports that Hawaiian Airlines took the number one spot, followed by low-cost carriers AirTran and JetBlue, which rounded out the top three.
The AQR has been compiled annually since 1991. According to the AQR Web site, the study captures information on 17 airlines based on "on-time arrivals, involuntary denied boardings, mishandled baggage, and a combination of 12 customer complaint categories."
