Business Travelers: Book Southwest Airlines Flights With Microsoft Outlook

Business-travelers It's not enough you have to manage multiple calendars, organize your inboxes and spend countless hours frantically searching for the email that you were sent months ago that explains the rationale behind asking for millions of dollars for the big project you're about to present to the Board of Directors. Now you have to book your travel, too.

Wouldn't it be easier if everything could be done together, on one platform, with one calendar. Good news: business and travel just got a bit easier.

Tripware, an travel service for business travelers, now allows travelers to book Southwest flights directly in Microsoft Outlook®.

Tripware's product, OutBook, allows a business traveler to plan, book, and manage all their business trip needs in Microsoft Outlook 2007. Travelers can book flights with eight carriers including American, Delta, United, US Airways and now, Southwest.

"The addition of Southwest Airlines to our booking inventory dramatically increases flight options for our travelers, said Clark C. Rines, CEO and President for Tripware, in a prepared press release.
