Continental Will Add More Albany Flights

Continental Airlines announced it will add more mainline service at Albany International Airport beginning this summer.

The airline's affiliates, Continental Express and Continental Connection, currently serve Albany, but mainline Continental planes have never had regular service in Albany, The Times Union reports.

According to the paper, Continental is planning several Albany flights to Cleveland's Hopkins International Airport using Boeing 737 jets, which are twice the size of the regional jets that now fly the route.
