Discount Airfare: Summer Flights on Southwest
Summer flights on Southwest are on sale. Say that three times fast. Or, just book a flight.
The airline is offering cheap flights to Chicago, Las Vegas and other cities. The sale ends June 18, but you can travel between June 16 and Oct. 28. These discounted fares are only good for flights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Sample fares do not include taxes and fees:
Boston to Chicago from $89 OW
Chicago to Cleveland from $49 OW
Los Angeles to Phoenix from $49 OW
New York City to Baltimore from $49 OW
San Francisco to Las Vegas $83 OW
St. Louis to Dallas from $49
We did a quick search for flights between Boston and Chicago from Aug. 19 to Aug. 25 and found Southwest, AirTran and United were all advertising the same round-trip fare of $179.
The above fares can be booked directly with Southwest.
