Final Round of Tickets for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games Go on Sale

Snowboarder
You may not have made it to 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, but if you’re a die-hard sports fan, then be sure to reserve your spot at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. These events are promising to be filled with thrills, competition, and environmental innovation, so take advantage of the last and final round of tickets, on sale this Saturday.

More than 100,000 tickets are on sale for events like curling and hockey, including seats to gold-medal games and victory ceremonies. It’s all on a first-come, first-serve basis, so plan ahead and reserve yourself a spot in the excitement. Not only are the games on sale, but you can also buy tickets to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which are historically memorable and dramatic.

Paralympics tickets are on sale as well, and may be purchased through the same VANOC site and system.

If you live in Canada (or know someone who does, and would like to invite you along) we suggest you start by registering a ticketing account ahead of time with VANOC, have an idea of which events work best for your schedule, and prepare yourself for the online rush on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
