Air Canada Puts Executive Class Seats On Sale for up to 50 Percent Off

Air Canada has put its Executive Class seats on sale, offering up to 50 percent off, for holiday travel. The sale fares are good for travel during peak Christmas and New Year’s dates: Dec. 21 through Jan. 5.

Even with a discount on fares, Executive Class seats are obviously more money, but you’ll get more space, a few hundred hours of on-demand entertainment and priority check-in and boarding. That’s a pretty good holiday gift, if you ask us.

Discount Airfare: Air Canada Calgary Sale from $156 OW

Earlier this summer, Air Canada launched new non-stop service to Calgary from Portland, Ore. and San Diego. The introductory fares were $143 each way and $193 each way, respectively.

Now that fall is here and winter is approaching, a visit to the Canadian Rockies is perfect for the adventure traveler. Skiing, hiking and fishing are popular activities in and around Calgary.

The latest Calgary flight sale from Air Canada includes flights from $156 each way when you depart from Portland and $175 for departures from San Diego.

How to get there: Air Canada is currently offering discounted fares to several Canadian cities starting at $143 one way before taxes and fees. Departures are available from Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Boston, New York City and San Francisco.

Flights must be booked by Sept. 22 for travel through Dec. 10. A 14-day advance purchase is required for these flights.

The fares are only available from Chicago and Washington, D.C. and day of week restrictions may apply depending on your route.

Book by June 12 for travel through Nov. 19.

If your travel plans include a stop in Canada, you’re in luck. Although Air Canada has slashed fares from the U.S. to Canada up to 50 percent, U.S. airlines are matching or beating these prices.
