AirTran Airways customers who book flights online will be able to take advantage of discounts on hotels and restaurants at their chosen destination.

As part of a collaboration between the airline and Affinion Group, passengers can click on the “Great Fun” link on the AirTran Web site when booking flights to access the latest deals.

Discounts are available on hotel accommodation, restaurants and local attractions at several popular locations served by the airline.

Tad Hutcheson, AirTran Airways Vice-President for Marketing and Sales, said: “AirTran Airways passengers are accustomed to saving money on travel – and now they can get great value on their other purchases.”

Bill Graham, Executive Vice-President of Client Solutions for Affinion Group, added: “We’re very excited about this new partnership with AirTran Airways, through which we’ll be offering leading-edge dining and entertainment discounts to their customers across the nation.”
