Midwest Airlines’ New Routes: Flights from $98

Celebrate Midwest Airlines’ new routes by booking a flight to Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, or another hot destination. Recently, the carrier announced a whole slew of new routes departing from Milwaukee and Kansas City, so join the party and get moving.

Book by Nov. 1 for flights to Kansas City and Fort Myers flights beginning on Dec. 17, and St. Louis flights begin on March 1. Travel is good until March 11, and is valid every day except Fridays and Sundays.

Midwest Airlines Seat Upgrade on Select Routes Starting at $20

On Tuesday, we told you about United’s Economy Plus sale, which allows travelers to receive a seat upgrade for $5 or more. We’re happy to report that Midwest Airlines is also promoting a deal which allows for upgrades to Signature Seats on select flights starting at $20 each way.

How to book a Signature Seat: It’s possible to upgrade from the time of booking through check in, but seating is limited. If choosing to upgrade during the booking process, choose the “Signature Seat” and the additional price will be added.

The perks of a Signature Seat: There are no middle seats, so you’re guaranteed more space and legroom.  Unlike the United Economy Plus sale, there is no book-by date for the Midwest offer.

Flight Sale: Midwest Airlines' Kansas City and Milwaukee Routes

Midwest Airlines is offering discounted fares to and from several U.S. cities, including Milwaukee, Boston and Orlando. The flights are good for travel beginning Aug. 11 through Sept. 30.

To get the advertised fares, book a flight for Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday travel. Other days of the week will result in slightly higher fares. Book by Aug. 3. Sample fares are round-trip and don’t included taxes and fees.

Travelers in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids can save on summer and fall flights to Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and more. Travel from July 28 - Nov. 18, 2009. You have to act fast to book these fares, though: the sale ends on Friday, July 17.

Midwest Airlines Launches Milwaukee-Los Angeles Flights

Beginning Aug. 1, Midwest Airlines will launch non-stop flights from Milwaukee to Los Angeles. The flights will offer 10 extra-wide Signature leather seats and 84 leather Saver seats. Here’s the best part: each flight will also offer fresh baked-onboard chocolate chip cookies.

We did a quick search for the route between Sept. 2 and Sept. 9 and found fares started at $228 RT with taxes included.

Discount Airfare: U.S. and Canada Flights From $78 R/T

Midwest is offering cheap flights to popular U.S. and Canada destinations starting at just $78 round-trip. These sale fares are valid for Tuesday and Wednesday flights from May 26 through Oct. 14.

Delta, Midwest Expand Alliance

Delta Air Lines announced a new expanded partnership with Midwest Airlines which will allow passengers to benefit from both carriers' frequently flyer programs when booking flights on either carrier.

This codeshare agreement is expected to start in June and follows Delta's merger with Northwest last year.

Members of the Delta SkyMiles, Northwest WorldPerks and Midwest Miles plans will be able to earn points on flights with both airlines.

Midwest Airlines Doubles Up Milwaukee – Orlando Flights

Milkwaukee flyers will soon have another Orlando flight option.

Midwest Airlines is extending non-stop service between its hub at Milwaukee (MKE) and Orlando (MCO) through the summertime. A second-daily non-stop Milwaukee flight to Orlando will begin on June 4.

Discount Airfare: Midwest's Milwaukee Flight Sale

Midwest Airlines is offering round-trip discount airfares from Midwest Airlines’ Milwaukee (MKE) hub, with rates as low as $155, exclusive of taxes and fees.

Book and buy no later than Feb. 2 for travel Feb. 10 through June 10. These Milwaukee flights require a 14-day advance purchase and a Friday or Saturday stay over.
