Qantas’ South Australia Flights: 3 Cities From $999

Qantas Offers Cheap Flights to Australia from $798

2009 has been a great year to find lower-than-ever fares to Australia, but it turns out 2009 and even 2010 are also great times to book a flight to New Zealand.

Qantas is offering discounted flights to Auckland when you depart from Los Angeles and San Francisco. Flights start at $399 each way (taxes not included) for travel between May 1, 2010 and June 8, 2010.

If you want to get more of the Kiwi culture, you can also add on domestic flights to Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown for an additional $50 round-trip.  Plus, book a flight to New Zealand from New York City (by way of Los Angeles) for an added $200 round-trip.

Qantas Sale: NYC-Sydney Flights from $289

We did a double-take when we saw this promotion but it's no joke: Qantas launched a sale on round-trip flights to Sydney from $229 each way.

Travel to Sydney from Los Angeles, San Francisco or New York for $229-$289 each way. You don't have to much time to think about this offer - you must book these flights by Tuesday, June 16.

Discount Airfare: 2-for-1 Business Class to Australia on Qantas

Last week, we told you about British Airways 2-for-1 business travel sale to London. This week, we’ve dug up a similar deal on Qantas, but you have to act fast. The sale ends tonight, June 1, at 11:59 PST.

The details: Book one business class flight to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and get a companion flight free. Departures are available from Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City. The fares are valid for travel between now and Dec. 31.
